3. Download the Meaningful Use Action Plan
4. Follow the Get Started steps in the Action Plan

Once you have completed these steps, simply collect the information or do the tasks outlined in the Workflow Checklist in the Action Plan for all of your patients, if they are pertinent. You don’t need to tell CMS that you are beginning your Meaningful Use period – you just need to start taking the actions outlined in the Workflow Checklist.

You are ready to begin Meaningful Use! First off though:

1. Confirm your eligibility for the EHR Incentive Program by visiting the Practice Fusion Meaningful Use Center
2. Download the Meaningful Use Action Plan
3. Follow the Get Started steps in the Action Plan
4. Be sure you sign up for eprescribing today
