As an account manager at Practice Fusion I hear this statement and ones like it, many times a week. And, it’s true! The system is easy to use. It is very intuitive and user friendly. In fact, it is so user friendly that it fools some people!

The fact that Practice Fusion’s EMR system is so easy to use makes people quick to assume that if they do not see something it is not there. This is absolutely not the case.

I cannot count the number of times I have called a new user to help with EMR adoption and heard statements like, “We loved Practice Fusion, but our patients are already entered into another program and we didn’t want to have to re-enter them all.”

I’ve also heard, “I thought Practice Fusion was what I wanted, but I need to be able to customize my templates and make my own.” You can do both with our EMR! And, the best part is that, of course, it’s extremely easy to do.

In many cases, something this intuitive can be deceiving. It makes one think that if they do not see something immediately, it must not be there.
