Dr. Loomis leads our health informatics and research teams. Rich is a strong advocate for advancing health IT and is the current Vice Chair of the HIMSS Electronic Health Record Association (EHRA). He completed his fellowship in biomedical informatics at Harvard and received his MD from the University of Michigan.
