We help doctors save lives. Join the health tech revolution and change the world.
Our mission statement
Connecting doctors, patients and data to drive better health and save lives.
Our core values
Do Extraordinary Things
Innovation takes courage. We encourage people not to be afraid of constantly raising their own standards, taking risks and leaving their comfort zone. Courage and ability to bounce back from failure is what got us here and will continue to define our company as a success.
Focus on the Customer and All Else Will Follow
All customers expect good service. What sets us apart is our willingness to surpass those expectations and deliver outstanding service. We do not assume that we know what is best for our users. We let their input guide our effort, passion, sacrifice and dedication.
Exhibit Integrity with No Compromises
Integrity is the quality of possessing and steadfastly adhering to the high moral principles or professional standards. We will always hold our integrity in highest regard by being honest with ourselves and our customers.
Practice Fusion was created by people doing more with less. Our frugality is balanced by sheer tenacity and a responsibility for the success of the whole company. We take ownership of everything we do and negotiate each deal on the company’s behalf as if we were the CEO.
First and foremost, we are here to have fun. We are here to further ourselves intellectually, professionally and of course, monetarily. But most of all, enjoy your work and the extraordinary people around you. If it’s not fun, why do it?
Embrace the Team
The Practice Fusion family is a group of people who enjoy what they do as much as they enjoy each other. Our team is tight-knit because we support one another when in need. Not only is it the right thing to do but we believe that it makes Practice Fusion a cohesive tribe and not just ‘a job.’
Give to Your Community
Providing doctors with a free, world-class EHR is just our day job. In our spare time we created the Practice Fusion Foundation to provide grants to practices that need them most. We also spend one day a month volunteering at places like the St. Anthony Foundation and the San Francisco Food Bank.
We asked: When did you last have an idea, bring it to your manager, and bring it to fruition?
We asked: How do you get to work?
We asked: How many times a week do you make or cook a meal in the office?
