EHR Update: Gain more insight into appointments from your scheduler
Your feedback goes into everything that we do as we continue to make your EHR even better. This December, we’re excited to launch three top-requested features to the scheduler. You’ll now be able to easily track copay collections, confirm appointments, and receive alerts for facility conflicts right from your EHR.
Easily track copays in the Schedule
Patient copay information from their primary insurance will now flow into a new Copay column in the Appointments tab of your Schedule. Add, edit, or mark as paid to easily manage patient payment information.

Update appointment confirmations
Quickly mark whether an appointment is confirmed or unconfirmed to keep track of a patient’s appointment status. Click Edit confirmation from the Appointments tab of the Schedule to update their information.

Receive appointment conflict notifications
You’ll now also receive notification if the provider you’re scheduling is already booked at another facility for that selected time. Click Cancel to edit the appointment or click Allow schedule conflict to complete the booking.
