FAQs: Answer your patients’ common questions on Patient Fusion
Answering routine questions from patients can take a lot of time away from your staff — “Do you take my insurance?” “How soon can I be seen?”
If you have a Patient Fusion online scheduling profile, you can now use it to address these questions before the patient visits your office. Your existing patients won’t need to call your office to get an answer, while new patients can more easily decide whether to book a new appointment with you.
To add a new question to your online profile, click Preview new messaging from the Messages section of your EHR, then click Create FAQ from the Actions menu. You will have the ability to manage your FAQs from your FAQ dashboard.
We recommend starting with a few key questions:
Do you accept new patients?
How soon can a new patient be seen?
What insurance do you accept?
Do you have payment plans for self-pay patients?
Can you bill me later?
Do you need a referral?
All eRx-verified providers are eligible for online scheduling profiles. You can visit your profile by clicking on the settings gear then clicking Profiles. Choose your name or the name of an eRx-verified provider in your practice to manage your practice’s online profiles.
