To receive EHR incentives you must demonstrate that you are “meaningfully using” your EHR. This is accomplished by meeting thresholds for a number of objectives.

Dashboard Guide

Track your progress on all measures with Practice Fusion’s Meaningful Use Dashboard. No matter where you are in your reporting period, you can easily see where you stand and what actions you need to take to meet Meaningful Use. Through tools like the Gap Report, you can even identify individual patients who are missing important information for a particular measure.

Medicaid Adopt, Implement, or Upgrade (AIU)

Medicaid program participants have the option to show the proof of having adopted an EHR system instead of completing a full 90-day reporting period in their first year. Sign up with Practice Fusion, then submit a help request to obtain this documentation. You will need to submit the necessary AIU documentation to your state’s program.

Medicaid providers still need to successfully meet Meaningful Use requirements in subsequent participation years.
