Updates to the Healthcare Provider User Agreement and Privacy Policy
Dear Practice Fusion User,
Practice Fusion has made changes to the Healthcare Provider User Agreement and to our Privacy Policy to account for our recently-announced, upcoming transition to a paid subscription model and to clarify some of the language appearing in these documents.
Please note that your agreement to the revised Healthcare Provider User Agreement and Privacy Policy will confirm your acceptance of the revised terms in those documents. If you decide to subsequently sign up for a Practice Fusion EHR subscription plan, you will separately agree to the Subscription Terms Addendum, along with pricing and payment details, at the time you place your order for that Practice Fusion EHR subscription plan.
The changes we made to the Healthcare Provider User Agreement include:
- Adding new definitions to Section 1 and revising Sections 2.1 and 2.2 to add provisions governing our transition to a paid subscription model, including adding new trial use rights.
- Removing Section 3.2 pertaining to the trial users of the Services.
- Revising Section 16.6 to clarify Practice Fusion's policy with respect to unpaid fees or charges.
- Revising throughout, including in Sections 12.1, 12.2, and 16.2, to reference the Subscription Terms Addendum that will set forth the terms and conditions applicable to paid subscribers who separately agree to that Addendum.
We made additional editorial changes throughout the agreement intended to clarify other provisions, so we encourage you to read and carefully review the Healthcare Provider User Agreement in its entirety.
The changes we made to the Privacy Policy include a clarification of our policies regarding our collection of payment information, and how we may use and share that payment information. We encourage you to read and carefully review the Privacy Policy in its entirety.
By clicking "I Agree" or otherwise logging into or utilizing our Services, you accept and agree to these revised terms.
