Inside Sales Manager
Job Description
Practice Fusion is looking for an enthusiastic leader to oversee and develop our team of Account Managers. This team is responsible for helping thousands of medical professionals get set-up with our free EHR system each month through phone, email and live chat assistance.
As Sales Manager, you will be dedicated to leading this team; effectively recruiting, training and motivating independent Account Managers with focus on helping them achieve company, team, and individual goals. You will measure and report regularly on team goals and oversee the incentive program. In addition, we'll look to you to recommend and implement new processes and tools, and provide the team with guidance and proven sales techniques.
Responsibilities
- Lead team of 8+ Account Managers who:
- Guide medical professionals from their initial inbound interest in our free EHR all the way through a completed adoption of Practice Fusion's system
- Manage inbound/outbound phone calls to potential users in order meet user needs, objections and questions
- Manage a portfolio of accounts using email and LiveChat, in addition to phone conversations
- Meet weekly, monthly, and annual user acquisition targets
- Track daily performance and activity metrics
- Reinforce the current sales process
- Innovate and continuously improve the sales process
- Deliver ongoing coaching, both in group and individual settings, to Account Managers to support and drive their performance
- Help establish new hire and ongoing training plans
- Develop and maintain a team-focused culture focused on performance, professionalism and delivery of phenomenal customer service
- Provide an outstanding experience for each new Practice Fusion user
- Report to the Senior Director of Customer Engagement
Required Qualifications
- Previous sales management experience
- At least 5-7 years sales experience
- History of successfully meeting quotas
- Excellent leadership and communication skills (mentoring, coaching, motivating)
- Strong decision-making skills and independent judgment
- Exceptional written and verbal communicator
- Motivated, self-starter with an excellent work ethic
- Dependable with the desire to work at a fast, start-up pace
- Local (SF Bay Area)
