New Hire Ambassador
Responsibilities
- Lead internal onboarding process for new hires (10+ each month)
- Coordinating with HR & Cruise Director for new hire communication before start date
- Setting and communicating onboarding schedule to managers, hires and HR
- Conveying company culture, history, industry position, competition etc.
- Coordinating introductions to department representatives
- Ongoing development of internal training and resources
- Maintain onboarding guide
- Updating company roster
- Work with HR to analyze new hire feedback to share with department heads and develop new recruiting materials
- Develop new, fun and innovative onboarding programs with the HR team
- Representing and promoting company culture
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of training experience (external & internal)
- Worked in a start-up environment
- An excellent communicator
- High emotional intelligence
- Approachable and exuberant
- Embody the Practice Fusion core values, mission, vision, & culture
