Practice Fusion has a dynamic organizational culture nurtured with pride by an energetic, diverse, hard-working, and fun team of people. We are passionate about improving healthcare in this country and have already created dramatic change in the healthcare IT sector.  On top of that, there are a variety of values that exist at the core of our efforts.

	Have Fun First and foremost, we are here to have fun. We are here to further ourselves intellectually, professionally and of course, monetarily. But most of all, enjoy your work and the extraordinary people around you. If it’s not fun, why do it?
	Embrace the Team The Practice Fusion family is a group of people who enjoy what they do as much as they enjoy each other. Our team is tight-knit because we support one another when in need. Not only is it the right thing to do but we believe that it makes Practice Fusion a cohesive tribe and not just ‘a job.’
	Give to Your Community Providing doctors with a fully functional, intuitive, world-class EHR for free is our day job. In our spare time we created the Practice Fusion Foundation to provide grants to practices that need them most. We also spend one day a month volunteering at places like the St. Anthony Foundation, The San Francisco Food Bank and The American Heart Association’s Heart Walk.
