Academic Enrollment Process
Practice Fusion has developed systems to make using our EHR in your course as simple and convenient as possible. We work with several technology, coding, informatics and healthcare educational programs looking to train students on an actual EHR system in the classroom. Our free, web-based EHR system is an easy and affordable way to provide real-world experience to your students.
Academic Program offerings
Practice Fusion’s free academic programs offers:
- Batch enrollment of students, with the instructor as an administrator on each EHR account
- Customization of the credential email students receive with a college logo and/or message from instructor
- Assistance setting up the EHR system is set up with test data needed for instruction
- Special training for instructors and curriculum support
- Creation of a Practice Fusion certificate for graduates if desired
- Receiving feedback from students and instructors on how to improve the EHR
- Assistance with other tasks needed to support the program
Get started
To get started, you can either have your students and instructors register for Academic License online individually or you can contact our team to set-up a batch registration. For the batch registration, we just need a spreadsheet with the following student details:
- First name
- Last name
- Email address
- Course name
- College or school name
- Expected graduation date
Once we receive your spreadsheet, it only takes a few days to process the registration. Your students will receive emails with their login credentials immediately. Our academic team is here to help you every step of the way.
