How do I edit appointments?...

The edit appointment box is locked. How do I unlock the appointment to make edits to appointments? How do I delete a seen, cancelled, or no show appointment?

Hi, drtess1! Even when an appointment has been marked as seen, cancelled, or as a no show, any user in your practice will still be able to edit the details of the appointment. This includes the Provider, Patient, Visit Type, Date, Start/End times, Patient Email, and Visit Note fields. The one option you won't have is the ability to delete the appointment.
