How do I change the appointment status?...
A patient's appointment status was marked Arrived, then In Lobby, then In Room. The patient then left without being seen. How should I mark the Status of this appointment on the Daily calendar?

While the appointment has the ‘In Room’ status, change it back to ‘In Lobby‘, then from ‘In Lobby’, back to ‘Pending’. These actions are performed in the Daily calendar tab in the Schedule. At that point, you can either mark the appointment as ‘Canceled’, or delete it from the ‘Weekly calendar’ tab.I have the same problem. It was fine till today and I have all updates.
I am having trouble changing the status. I click on the arrow, the options appear and then they disappear before I can pick one. This feature was working fine yesturday 4/17/12.
