Best way to reschedule an appointment...
Would be nice to have a way to reschedule appointments when patients call and change their appointment date without having to delete and reschedule.

Thank you for your post. There is a way to reschedule an appt without the need to delete the appointment and then set a new appt. From the weekly calendar you will first click on the already existing appointment. Instead of clicking the Delete button, you will want to change the Visit Date and/or the Start and End times to reflect the new appointment time. When you click Save you will then see a message that the appt has been edited, and the appt will change to the new date/time on the weekly schedule.Thanks Rich!
