How can staff know what provider is on duty that day?...
When a patient calls to make an appointment, the office staff should have an easy way via PF to know what provider is working and therefore to which provider to assign the patient. Does this feature already exist?

While there is not an automatic feature that can be used to find out what provider is working on a certain day, you may be able to use the Block feature to assist you. Each day, you can add a Block for the individual who is on duty that day. This Block will appear in the provider's corresponding appointment colors and will be a visual indicator of who is working that day.
