Can you create appointment templates for different providers...
I am in a practice (free clinic) with many different providers who all have very different hours. Our scheduling dept needs to be able to create templates for these providers according to their schedule so they know available times to schedule patients. This is the biggest limitation with PF that limits its usefulness in our practice.

Yes, we would like to make an appointment for our audiologist. she sees patient independently from the doctor and we need another template for her.
We work in a 7 provider office who all work different days, times, and lunches. The way this program currently works with only allowing the facility's schedule to be customized does not help a larger office with different schedules, and is a huge deterrent for my providers.
Would really like a daily schedule as a block form like the weekly schedule since we have several providers in our office. We need to be able to see each doctor's schedule on one screen
I totally agree and have the same problem as Sue4Doc. We now still have to use our old "office hours" because it allows for color coding and it much easier to see all the appointments at a given time.

Definitely would help us in using the appoint schedule. We continue to use our old "office hours" program because it allows one to make templates. If PF were color coded and able to make templates we would definitely use that program.
