Need to have "print prescription" as an option with "deny"....
When refill requests come in for prescriptions that can not be sent electronically due to their schedule, is it possible to have the system give the option of printing a prescription to fax to the pharmacy? Right now it only gives the option of denying the prescription, then you have to go to that patient's chart, find the medication, and print a prescription, search for the phone or fax number for the pharmacy and then fax it to the pharmacy.

Thank you for your Feature Request! Your request for a print option in the refills section has been reviewed by our team and will be considered for future releases of the EHR.Other users interested in this feature should post their comments here. This allows our team to gauge the demand and popularity of each feature request.
Please make this feature available as soon as possible. This would be so helpful for my practice since we have not gone completely paper free yet!
Please do this soon. There are patients who wish to carry the Rx to the pharmacy, so not only to fax but also print so that a soap can capture the action.
Absolutely agree!
Dealing with controlled meds has been one of the most discouraging aspects of adopting an EMR. This feature would make the problem much easier to deal with.
Great idea. This way you don't have to go all the way back to the Rx screen to print an rx. (One work around is to go ahead and add the med even if you're going to deny it so that your nurses don't have to enter it later.)
Good Idea.Real help if Erx is down atleast Rx can be faxed
agreed.
Agree! please make this an option as well as the other e-sign!
I would like to print a prescription that has all the necessary information for a controlled substance. This includes stylistic parts of the prescription that make it Medicaid Compliant and the phone number and the fax number of the pharmacy.
