Can we change the Message Type for a superbill?...

Is there a way to differentiate between the automatic blank billing message and the generated superbill? This would be very helpful so that we would not have to wade thru the blank auto messages looking for the Superbills.

Totally agree 1000%!!!! Please include this because billing sheets can fall through the cracks. Also they should have a billing complete feature check box so that you know its been done.

Messaging is completely messed up...all superbills and normal messages to be send are a mess....BILLS CREATED HAVE TO GO TO A SEPARATE SECTION OR PERSON THEN THE BILLING STAFF CAN SEE IT....NOT WITH REGULAR MESSAGES....absolutely important...do something please

Agree. I wonder if this is PF's way of forcing us to use Kareo? I am happy with my outside biller but am looking into Kareo.

Totally agree! Our messaging system is currently totally useless because it is clogged with all the superbills and any "normal" messages people might send completely get lost in the shuffle. It is ABSOLUTELY ESSENTIAL that these superbill messages be completely separate from normal messages so they don't confuse the staff.

Or it would be good to add Superbill in the subject line with the patients name.
