What happens when a recipient files a message?...
If I send a message to multiple recipients it seems that if one of the recipients files the message, it disappears from every recipient's inbox. Is that an expected functionality? Do I need to tell my employees not to file a message until all communication regarding it is complete?

When a message is filed by a recipient, it is moved from the Inbox to the Filed messages list for any and all other recipients of that message. Prior to marking it as filed, ensure that the appropriate recipients have had a chance to review the message.Filed messages can be reviewed in the Messages section under the Filed messages list, or directly in the Patient Dashboard under the Messages tab.
