How do I remove chart note types from the list?...
I had created some when I 1st started PF and now realize I never use them and would like to remove them from the list. Thanks!
Practice Fusion expert answer:
To remove custom chart note types:1. Click 'Setup'
2. Click 'Practice'
3. Click 'Chart Note Types'
4. Double click the chart note type you'd like to remove
5. De-select the 'Active' box
6. Click 'Save'
The chart note type will now be deactivated and no longer show when creating new chart notes . However, you can view any deactivated chart note by clicking 'Show inactive' next to the 'Add' button in the top right.
