How do I copy the entire chart?...
Can I copy the chart in a single action? If not what are the steps to take if I need to respond to a request for records?

While there is not a single action that allows you to copy an entire chart, you can utilize the Summary link on the left side of the window. Clicking Summary in a patient chart will bring up a list of patient forms that you can print out and supply to a requesting physician either by fax or by scanning them into electronic format. At this time the Copy function available for individual chart notes is not available for an entire chart.
