Practice Fusion expert answer:

In order to access a patient's chart, please follow these steps:

1. Access the Charts tab.
2. Search for the patient using any of the fields on the left (go here if you're unable to locate the patient http://www.practicefusion.com/emr-forum/charting-patients/why-dont-i-see-all-my-patients/A.EHR/3701 ).
3. Double click the patient's name.

Hi tsayers. All new Practice Fusion accounts come with 4 test patients already included. To access one of these patients, go to the ‘Charts’ tab --> ‘Patients’ section. The test patients are listed in the ‘Recently accessed patients’ list - simply double-click on one of the patients to pull the chart.
