Delay when closing charts...
Sometimes, it can take up to 5 seconds between clicking on the "x" to close a chart and when the chart actually closes. Is there any way to speed this up?

Hello LucyEllenH,Thank you for posting in the Forum. There is not a system wide issue with chart closing delays at this time. There are a couple things on your computer you can do that might help them close more quickly in your EHR. First, try clearing your browser's cache. Finally, be sure that you are using the most recent version of your browser as well as Adobe Flash Player. You can download the latest version of Adobe Flash Player here: http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
