Practice Fusion expert answer:

A patient's Medication List can be sorted alphabetically by clicking the word "Medication" at the top of the list. Clicking this word a second time will sort them in reverse-alphabetical order.

Also, clicking the word "Start" at the top of the list will sort the medications by Start Date.
