How do I submit a Kareo bill?...
I have a few patients that I need to submit a Kareo bill and I am not able to. When I click on the date of service and click on the ‘Charting shortcuts’ menu, it says "Kareo is unavailable (patient not in U.S.)", which the patient is.

In order to submit a Kareo bill for a patient, you must have each of the following:- Edit Level of NP/PA or Phys/MD/DO
- A chart note for the patient listed in the ‘Events’ section
- The patient's complete U.S. address in the ‘Basic’ section
To send the Kareo bill, start by opening the chart note by selecting it from the ‘Events’ section. Then, choose the "Charting shortcuts" menu --> "Create a Kareo bill". Next, select the Service location, Rendering provider, and add procedures as needed. Lastly, click the "Send to Kareo" button. Once the bill is sent from Practice Fusion, all any changes to the bill must be performed in the Kareo application.

All of that information in on there already the complete notes and the complete address for the patient. any other ideas as to why?
