Customize a Superbill

At this time, there is not a way to customize the format of superbills generated in Practice Fusion. You can use the 'Note' field to record any information that is not included with your diagnosis and service codes.

I also agree, in our office we see patient's with the same name and last name and in some cases same DOB. It would be great if acct # or even dob could be added to superbill.

Being able to customize superbills would be a huge factor in our ability to use PF efficiently. We see so many patients per day and do so much similar surgery that being able to group related codes saves a tremendous amount of time for the doctors and helps make sure we aren't forgetting to bill for things.

Thank you for considering this option, it would be very helpful. We are just a start up practice for all services related to ADHD and I have a lot going on. I keep producing my own, but I could use some help in this area.
