These training sessions actually give our users an entire conceptual view of the system and workflow procedures from start to finish. Since these are live sessions, our users also have the opportunity to ask questions and have these answered by a live Support Specialist during and after the session. It’s like having your own EHR specialist sitting right there with you. Best of all, these sessions are free AND unlimited, so you can take them anytime and as often as you like.
As a Senior Support Specialist for the last 2 years, I have seen many users join Practice Fusion and have been there to help them every step of the way. What I have also seen is that the users who take advantage of our free and unlimited training sessions get a much better experience and are able to use their EHR much faster and to its maximum potential. Many of these users are also qualifying for Meaningful Use already, since they have been trained to use the system fast and accurately to qualify for Meaningful Use incentives. Many users have also expressed that they will periodically come back and take trainings two or three times, both as new features arise and just as a refresher to themselves.
