New tweaks to your patient referrals workflow

With our recent release, we’re continuing to improve your referrals workflow to make it easier to manage your referral contacts. From the patient referral recipient screen, you will now be able to edit the contact details of your fax referral connections.

Just click Send referral / response letter from a SOAP note (or the Patient Actions toolbar of a patient’s chart) to open the referral recipient screen, then find the connection you wish to edit. Hover over their name and click Edit when you see the link appear.

From there, you can edit any existing details about your contact, including fax number, phone number and email address. To remove the contact, simply click Remove in the bottom left.

You can also edit and remove contacts from your My Network drawer. Simply hover over the contact and select Edit from the menu that appears.
